Backerkit Update!

How's it going?
For those who have completed your survey, we've locked and charged your cards! Unfortunately, a few have errored, so please check your email if you haven't been charged and update your information!
Those who haven't completed their survey yet, please do so as soon as possible to ensure that we can send your items at the same time as everyone else.
We're waiting until all funds are transferred from Stripe to us, and then we will begin to send our files to manufacturers!
We'll keep you updated with photos and more along the way, until we finally pack up all 62 orders and ship them out!

Last call for order updates!

The last day to make final updates to your order is in 4 days, February 20th. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades and other charges. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for shipping after the 20th of February, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://sanitysfallzine.backerkit.com.

You're doing amazing! 56% of you have completed your surveys!
We aim to close BackerKit by the 20th of February, once everyone has completed their surveys we will lock your orders with 2 days' notice. After that, we will charge all cards, and then we move to manufacture! when we receive proofs and samples of products, or if a design is finalised, we will update you!

You will have received an email from 'Sanity's Fall Zine', with the subject 'Response Needed - Get your reward for Sanity's Fall Fanzine'. The email looks like this:
You will be led through some questions, including address input, and you will be left at a store with all add-ons plus some amazing Backerkit exclusives, so check them out!!

BackerKit surveys are coming!

In the next week or so, you'll receive an email containing a unique link to your BackerKit survey. Your prompt response to this survey is crucial for us to fulfil your rewards effectively.
You won't need to create a BackerKit account to complete the survey. Simply click on the provided survey link in the email once you receive it. Within the survey, you can specify your reward preferences, input shipping information, and add extra items. Although you don’t have access to the survey link yet, it will be sent to you soon via email!
After submitting your responses, rest assured that you can revisit the survey to modify your answers anytime before we finalize the surveys and tally the counts.
For reviewing your information or checking your pledge status, you can access your survey using the link in the email. Alternatively, if you encounter any issues or need assistance, request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://sanitysfallzine.backerkit.com.
If you added shipping to your pledge in the campaign, do not worry, you won't be charged again!
